We want you to love every product you receive. If you're not satisfied, here’s how we can help:
🔒 Lost or Stolen Packages Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
📦 Returns If your item is new, unopened, and unused, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
- Returns are only accepted for orders within the U.S.
- A $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time.

✅ Return Eligibility
- Only items listed and confirmed in your original return request will be eligible for refund.
- Extra items in the return package that were not pre-approved—or are from orders outside the 14-day window—will not be refunded or returned.
💳 Refund Details
- Refunds include the product’s retail value plus tax, minus the $5 shipping fee.
- Discounts used during purchase will be reflected in the refund amount.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please allow 5–14 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds typically post within 3–7 business days, depending on your credit card company.
🚫 Final Sale Items These items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale & promotional items
- Sheet masks and single-use products
- Items purchased during site-wide promotions (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
