Shipping policy

At Beauty 2 Seoul, we aim to make shipping smooth and hassle-free for our customers. Here’s a quick rundown of our policies:

Standard Shipping: $6 (free for orders over $30), delivered in 7-10 business days.  

Express Shipping: $15, delivered in 2-4 business days.  

Overnight: $30, delivered in 1-2 business days.  

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. We currently ship only within the United States and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  

If your package is lost or damaged, email us at Hello.beautyofseoul@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll work with the carrier to fix the problem. For returns and exchanges, please visit our dedicated page. Thank you for choosing Beauty 2 Seoul!
